Linguistically Confused

When I wish to enter the Chinese text “你” by han-yu-pin-yin method,
I actually keyed in “y-o-u” and still patiently browsed through the long list of

有、由、又、油、优、游、右、尤、幼, ... ,

trying to hunt for the word “你”.
