He actually apologized for his language used..

He was trying to persuade me to sign up a car-grooming package. It was fine. He was merely doing his duty as a salesperson.

But one thing about him was very funny.

He was constantly trying to make comparison with his new products and the old products by the old management.

Salesperson : 老板，你看你看，我们的货是不一样的。

He went to the store and took out some stocks to show off.

He continued.
Salesperson : 请你过来看。这一辆车作好了。看。亮不亮？你摸摸看。很滑是不是？

Me : 看起来效果是比以前的好很多。Mm..
I wasn’t lying. It was indeed better. I only pretended not too interested.

He went on to his second stage.

Salesperson : 你看以前他们用的货。

He went to the store again and took out what he claimed to be the old stocks from the previous management.

Salesperson : 你看。他们乱乱来的。用这种 L@%#$%@^.... 货。

I was laughing inside for his way of saying : L@%#$%@^....

It wasn’t that gracious to say that out loud in public, maybe.
Okay, he didn’t actually say it.
He only pronounced the first consonant “L” and dragged on, hesitated unnaturally long, then ended with 「货」.
Although I can see it is quite habitual for him to use profanity, but he actually felt a little uneasy doing so in front of me.

I refrained from looking at him at that moment. I think I will burst out laughing if I do so. :P

The funny thing was that, in his sales speech, at least 3 times, he tried to make comparison with the old and new products and each time he tried to use L@%#$%@^ as adjective but he ended up only pronouncing the consonant “L” and dragged on unnaturally.

At the final stage, he even apologized.
Salesperson : 对不起，我是粗鲁人。不过我们的货真的是很好。

哈哈。。
我看起来真的那么的「文人雅士」？
就连对方在我面前说 L@%#$%@^ 都会觉得不妥？
甚至还要自动的说对不起？

非也。

I take it that the salesperson did have some sort of self-restraints. He can kick any ill-habit if he wants to. A more conducive environment helps?
