Weakness or Strength

W approached me :
”I don’t feel good about the session. Could you tell me where I went wrong?”

F approached me :
”I observed blah-blah-blah. I’m really at a lost of what to do with them. How would you handle this?”

I felt much flattered that they trust me enough to share their concern(s) with me and thought I could assist them in some ways. I admire them for admitting their “weaknesses” and are willing to rectify them in order to help others better.

Somehow, I see more of their “strengths”. As in, if we were to face our “weaknesses” bravely, we sure have a greater apportunity to improve in leaps and bounds. Eventually who are the more ‘powerful’ ones? Haha.. undoubtedly, the ones who have the will to improve.
